Terms of Service

Effective January 1, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in any program.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Dustvra MotoSchool website, enrolling in courses, or purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration and Use

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and enroll in training programs.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
  3. Dustvra MotoSchool reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
  4. One account per individual. Sharing credentials is prohibited.

3. Course Enrollment, Payments & Cancellations

  1. All course fees are due at the time of registration and are non-transferable.
  2. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the start date receive a full refund minus a $45 processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days receive no refund.
  3. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to weather or instructor unavailability. In such cases, you may choose a full refund or reschedule.
  4. Payments are processed securely through our third-party providers; Dustvra MotoSchool does not store credit card details.

4. User Conduct and Safety Rules

Participants must follow all safety instructions, wear required protective gear, and arrive on time for every session. Any reckless behavior, harassment, or violation of local traffic laws will result in immediate removal without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, videos, training materials, and branding belong to Dustvra MotoSchool. You may not copy, redistribute, record, or sell any proprietary materials without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

  1. Motorcycle training inherently carries risk. Dustvra MotoSchool is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during or after training.
  2. Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
  3. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco County.
